Soul Yoga – I don’t have to do anything for a moment
Yoga & self-care for stressed parents
In four consecutive sessions, we combine gentle, regulating yoga, breathing exercises, and short moments of reflection to help you better understand stress, be kinder to yourself, and recharge your batteries for everyday life. The focus is on relief, inner stability, and realistic forms of self-care.
The course is deliberately not performance-oriented, and no previous knowledge is required. All exercises are simple, mindfully guided, and easy to integrate into everyday life.
The course is particularly suitable for parents who often feel exhausted, tense, or under internal pressure and would like to treat themselves to some protected “me time” without expectations.
This course is not suitable for pregnant women!
